Professional
Caregivers at Maulin Home Care provide non-medical care to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to provide exceptional, dependable, and compassionate services to our clients. We expect all our caregivers to be courteous and professional.
Advanced
We utilize real-time technology to track the start and end of shifts. This monitors tardiness and helps with proper documentation of time worked. The caregivers are sent reminders before scheduled visits and we are able monitor arrival times. The tasks completed during the visits are documented in an app and the parents/guardians sign off at the end of each visit.
Safe
Our caregivers are insured, bonded, and undergo a Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal background check.
Qualified
As part of the hiring process, Maulin caregivers are required to complete CPR and First-Aid certification and complete tuberculosis (TB) screening.
Trained
Mandatory orientation is provided twice a year to our caregivers to ensure that they are up to date on a variety of issues concerning the developmental and intellectual disability communities.
